Air, Oil & Fluid Valve Series
Series Purpose: This valve belongs to the solenoid valve category within automatic controller actuators. It can automatically or remotely control the opening and closing of pipelines carrying working media such as air, water, oil, fluid, or gas. This valve series features wide application, compatibility with numerous media types, a broad working pressure range, and a long service life.
Structure
a. DF Series: Utilizes a pilot-operated structure, relying on pressure differential to open or close the valve (controlled by coil energization signal). It offers reliable operation, rapid opening/closing, and stable performance. Applicable pressure: 0.03~1.0 MPa. Medium temperature: ≤90°C.
b. 2W Series: Employs a compound structure. When pressure is ≤0.01 MPa, coil energization directly lifts the diaphragm, opening the pipeline. When pressure exceeds 0.01 MPa, coil energization attracts the moving iron core, the small valve port on the diaphragm relieves pressure, and the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers opens the main valve port, making the pipeline operational. Applicable pressure: 0~1.0 MPa. Medium temperature: ≤90°C.
c. DFM Air Pulse Valve & ZCK Air Valve: Feature a pilot-operated structure with large flow design. Applicable pressure: 0.03~1.0 MPa.

Steam Valve Series
Series Purpose: This valve belongs to the solenoid valve category within automatic controller actuators. It can automatically or remotely control the opening and closing of pipelines carrying working media such as steam, water, or oil. This valve series features wide application, compatibility with numerous media types, a broad working pressure range, and a long service life.
Structure
a. ZQDF Series: Uses a compound lifting structure. When medium pressure is below 0.5 MPa, the magnetic field of the coil (after energization) directly lifts the piston, opening the pipeline, and closes when de-energized. When medium pressure exceeds 0.5 MPa, the small valve port at the piston center relieves pressure, and the pressure differential opens the main valve port, making the pipeline operational, and closes when de-energized. Applicable pressure: 0~0.8 MPa. Operating temperature: ≤220°C.
b. ZCZ Series: Utilizes a pilot-operated structure. The valve opens (when energized) by utilizing pressure differential. Applicable pressure: 0.03~1.6 MPa. Operating temperature: ≤220°C.
c. ZCLF Series: Features a pilot-operated structure with large flow design. It opens or closes (controlled by coil energization signal) by utilizing pressure differential. Operating temperature: ≤220°C.
d. ZCT (J011) Series: Employs a piston impulse (reverse flushing) structure. Applicable pressure: 0.01~1.0 MPa. Operating temperature: ≤155°C.
e. ZL (US) Series: Employs a piston impulse (reverse flushing) structure. Applicable pressure: 0.01~1.6 MPa. Operating temperature: ≤180°C.
