The Differential Pressure Control Valve is designed for closed-loop hydronic systems to automatically maintain a constant differential pressure between supply and return lines. By responding proportionally to flow variations, it stabilizes system pressure, prevents excessive flow velocity, and effectively eliminates pipe noise. The valve works in combination with a static balancing valve via copper impulse tubes, ensuring precise flow regulation and pressure balance. Its robust construction with PN16 pressure rating guarantees long-term reliability. Using a 3mm Allen key (hex wrench), insert it into the hex socket at the center of the handwheel. Turn it clockwise to move the internal valve plug and close the flow channel.
Differential Pressure Adjustment Operation
Turn the adjustment handwheel by hand to move the internal setting cap up or down. Align the cap with the desired scale value on the handwheel; the scale values are calibrated in mbar.
